ABOUT PERFORMANCE SUPPORT
The Performance Support Office (PSO), in conjunction with the Office of the President
and the Board of directors, helps ensure HSFA operates effectively, efficiently and with the highest level of quality.
The PSO has two departments; the Employee Resource and Benefits Group and the Volunteer
Services Administration (VSA). Both are led by the Human Resources Manager.
The PSO:

Recruits, trains and offers career development for HSFA staff, volunteers and contractors;

Helps managers request security clearances for team members through the National Investigtion Services Division (NISD);

Provides human resources services and administers employee
benefits;

Administers grants and solicitations;

Generates reports for program performance;
