EDUCATING
Community Learning Center Program:
By establishing a large network of volunteer workers and strategic partnerships with suppliers we deploy community learning centers nationwide.
This allows us to provide crutial information to a wide audience and teach more people how to best protect their valuable assets, thus increasing thier security awareness and minimizing potential impact from crimes and terrorist attacks.
Our Learning Center program is a key element of our foundation; criminals take advantage of individuals who are unaware of basic homeland security best practices.
By increasing their awareness, we will inherently decrease the window of opportunity for criminals to thrive.
Nationwide Security Awareness Campaign:
The objective of our nationwide Security Awareness Campaign is to help increase Americans’ awareness of Homeland Security. This will be an organized community event that will be marketed regionally or within each state. All events will be free of charge and open to the public. This nationwide Security Awareness Campaign will help expose more people to information relating to Homeland Security, and we hope to engage individuals who may not take advantage of the local Learning Centers for various reasons (time constraints, schedule conflicts, etc.).
SERVING AND PROTECTING
Special Operations Program (Spec Ops):
A team of specially trained and highly skilled employees conduct Security Operational Readiness Tests, disaster preparedness and recovery assessments, and other specialized
homeland security services to help individuals, government agencies, corporations
and nonprofit organizations identify and address areas of opportunity in their safeguards and security programs. Spec Ops personnel works with officials to help bridge the gap between law enforcement and the public, and collaborates with others to exchange ideas, suggest solutions, and implement strategies designed to help protect the nation and preserve Americans' civil liberties.
Spec Ops services are provided free of charge for individuals and organizations that participate in our National Scorecard Program, which allows us to collect and publish important statistics in three functional categories: Security Operational Readiness, Disaster Preparedness and Disaster Recovery.
Scientific Research Program:
We conduct research projects to develop new technologies that help advance homeland
security while preserving Americans’ civil liberties. In addition to HSFA sanctioned Scientific Research Projects we solicit the public, individuals and organizations,
for innovative ideas for new homeland security technologies, products and services.
Working together, we fund, develop and publicize the research.
