Homeland Security Foundation of America Seeking New Leadership

HSFA announced plans to elect a new Chairman of the Board and 15 directors for the 2014-2018 term.

Today, the Homeland Security Foundation of America (HSFA) announced plans to elect a new Chairman of the Board and 15 directors for the 2014-2018 term. HSFA embraces diversity and strongly desires qualified individuals of all races, creeds, genders, faiths, and physical abilities. Candidates must be the age of majority in the state of Georgia, with no felony convictions, and must be willing to comply with the fundraising and personal giving policy for board members.

Organization officials report an election will be held Friday, January 31, 2014. Nominations will be accepted from qualified candidates beginning November 20, 2013 through December 30, 2013. Nominees may campaign from November 20, 2013 through January 30, 2014. Reports indicate a debate-style forum will be held Tuesday, January 21, 2014 to give candidates the opportunity to make their case for election and rally support in an open public forum.
