Every Child has a Right to be Seen and Rescued Fast!

The first 24 hours after a child has been reported missing are the most critical in the search. Prompt action is crucial. Increasing visibility increases public awareness and increases the likelihood of recovery.

According to the DOJ, 75% of children who are abducted and murdered by strangers are killed within the first three hours of their abduction. This statistic highlights the critical importance of rapid response and information dissemination in abduction cases. Studies analyzing AMBER Alert data, including those from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), have shown that a significant portion of alerts do not have a direct impact on the child’s recovery.

We’re building the nation’s first on-demand child safety Digital Billboard Network (DBN), a web of electronic outdoor advertising displays in cities all across America interconnected by our Law Enforcement Integration Platform so we can help give greater visibility for missing children and increase the likelihood of recovery.

Screen4Kids Digital Billboard Network (DBN)

Greater visibility empowers the public to engage and help relay vital information and sightings back to law enforcement and community response teams. When a child goes missing, we will assist law enforcement in activating the network on-demand for the area they identify and we will automatically send a care package of printed signs, shirts, and other useful items to a trained Volunteer Local Response Team (VLRT) that helps get the word out and coordinate with law enforcement.

Many times, missing children become victims of human trafficking. Screen4Kids helps reduce the chances of that happening by giving missing kids greater visibility within the first 24 hours, increasing the likelihood of recovery.
